The AVB-2M drilling rig is suitable for solving problems associated with shallow drilling up to 40 meters. For example, in engineering and construction surveys, where the creation of vertical wells is required to study the composition and structure of soils on the ground. Such work precedes any serious construction, minimizing the risks of failure or subsidence of the land under the construction site.

The drilling rig URB-1B2 is designed for drilling wells with augers for various purposes in off-road conditions. The installation is mounted on the chassis of the GAZ-34037 crawler conveyor (a new modification of the GAZ-71).
