The drilling rig UKB-12/25-02 "Pombur" is designed for drilling wells in a rotational manner, during prospecting, surveying, mapping, engineering and geological surveys, for drilling blast wells in frozen soils and other similar work in hard-to-reach areas or cramped conditions.To move the installation is mounted on a sled.

The UKB-12/25 mini drilling rig is designed for drilling wells up to 15 m deep by screw method and up to 25 m with carbide crowns with flushing in hard-to-reach or cramped conditions. On request, a mini drilling rig for drilling wells can be mounted on wheels, a sleigh or a UAZ-type car.

The UKB-12/25I drilling rig is designed for drilling wells by the core and screw method during prospecting, surveying, mapping, seismic exploration and other work of a similar nature in hard-to-reach areas or cramped conditions.

The UKB-12/25-01 small drilling rig is a modification of the basic model and is designed for drilling vertical wells by the screw method during prospecting, surveying, mapping, seismic exploration and other work of a similar nature in hard-to-reach areas or cramped conditions. The installation differs from the basic model by using an imported internal combustion engine and a modified rotator design for it. It is equipped with wheels for moving. It can be mounted on the chassis of an all-terrain vehicle of the "UAZ" type.
